Let me explain how. This will work ONLY for those having the same exact problem : Can't travel to norway ( nor by fast travel either with discovery tour ! )

• Let's start ubisoft connect with administrator privileges
• Go to your game installation folder ( Can be found in the ame properties with ubisoft connect
• Delete E V E R Y S I N G L E DataPC_ACK_ file that contain "norway" in it
• Delete DataPC_DX12 and DataPC_extra_DX12 aswell
• Verify game files (There should be something like 5Go files to re-download
• Check if the game allows you to travel to norway again

Disclaimer : I am not quite sure this will work for every problem that is different than mine. If you have any doubts check your launcher_log.txt ( /Ubbisoft Game Launcher/logs). There should be some DataPC_ACK_norway mentions. If there's not, then try to use this method on the other files.



Let's be clear again : Ubisoft does not care about players having specific issues. You pay but here comes the end.

Now please explain me, how a simple web developer like me fixed a well known issue FASTER than your entire team ? I can't believe i just can do a better job, the truth is that you ubisoft, don't care at all.
We gave you the maximum amount of revelent informations to analyze the problem and you kept coming back with WiFi and and basics windows update. Please help me understand, cause i can't by myself. You guys just take people's money and then let them down. You should just refund us, you can't just let people buy your product and break it up 50 hours after.

Hello, i already contacted ubisoft support who asked me to do some stupid troubleshooting over and over again. So i wondered if some of you found a solution to this.

My problem is simple : I can't fast travel to norway. nor by my own (atlas) either by talking to Sigurd for the Road To Valhalla mission. The game simply crash to desktop since the 1.5.0.1

Here a list of my significant attempts :

• Verified game files
• Reinstalled the game
• Low quality
• One screen only
• Updated / reinstalled graphics driver
• Played on a second administrator user for windows
• Cleared game cache
• Cleared Direct X cache
• Lowed the resolution
• Applied an OC on both CPU / GPU ( Ofc tried without too )
• Disabled every uplay connectivity / overlay features
• Tried to use a custom pagesys file on my system
• Tried to use 6 mounth old GPU drivers
• Tried to use different RAM profile ( even default one )

I'm getting a little bored since i bought this (shi*ty) game something like 60€ and i can't even finish it.

Of course it didn't work because i don't have ANY redistributables error on the crash logs. But i did try and i'll upload the files later.
Ubisoft connect and AC Valhalla are installed on the same drive but the OS isn't and it won't be. It doesn't have enough space and it will never. By the way, i am not supposed to be playing on the same drive to prevent crashes. I never had to.

My save is uploaded to the cLoUd and your link is returning a 404 !

I'll definitly crack your next games. I am not paying a 1 year netflix subscription price for nothing anymore.

@therealfearman Hey, exact same problem here. Ubisoft support is just asking me to do the same useless things again and again and won't help.

Any solution found ?

@zgnkymz I did not, and Ubisoft support keep asking me to try basics troubleshooting things even if i already tried them all. We are numbers having the same problem : Can't travel to norway ( Road to valhalla jus make you travel to norway btw ).

Nothing actually worked and this is for a good reason :
The problem comes from the last AC Valhalla update and they won't patch it until they have more content to add in the next update.
