Since broken patch 1.1.0
- We did create thread what became in few days one of the biggest threads on here
- We did provide detailed description of the issue
- We did provide screenshots of benchmark
- We did provide Youtube video
- We did provide some useless tickets with msinfo and dxdiag
- We did provide enough time to fix the game
- We did force (because most likely they didnt realize it belongs there) Ubi support to put our thread between megathreads
So UBISOFT what we have to do more to fix our time and money investment what you took away from us?
I wanna mention there is a one biggest thread since 1.1.0 patch is out causing the most serious issue to many of us and the game is literally unplayable for us ... many of us didnt play the Yule fest because its not that awesome play it on 25 FPS and people affected by this issue who played it are not happy at all too.. We realize you maybe as a support team dont have enough info from dev team but what you could do for us at least as a SUPPORT team is add the thread between megathreads and between KNOWN ISSUES adressed with 1.1.0 because its honestly most known and significant issue caused by 1.1.0 patch and you still didnt add it there and basicly almost dont react to that thread... Maybe we dont undestand what all your work contain and maybe you are busy with many other things, but just from what appears to me when i think about meaning of support team is definitly trying to support us especialy if there is issue serious like this one causing unplayability of the game...

I still dont get why resolve that problem takes so long time it should be for Ubi priority number ONE because thats actually something what affects directly the game and game playability... I can close eyes about minor bugs but when i cant even play the game after played more than 100 hours already without any problems on max settings on 60 fps and now bellow 30... thats serious issue and shouold be the NUMBER ONE to resolve... I hope Ubisoft realize that its global issue what affects not only few of us but big part of comunity and fan base ...
since Ubisoft support did disapear from this thread and stoped giving us information about the situation please give a LIKE everyone who can to the main @peterlaub post about issue. - to move our issue up into top of player support threads maybe then they will cant just look away from that... This kind of behave from Ubisoft is completely unacceptable and far away from professional. Thats not how company like that should work.
few days ago i did write on Ubisoft support email where i did describe all whats happening here (most likely whats not happening..) and asked them for answer straight into this thread - (sended them link ... ) unfortunately still without answer and ignored even when under email they say latest asnwer should take 24 - 48 hours... This reminds me once i bought a T-shirt from one uknown E-shop , t- shirt was delivered but in another size and when i asked for sending me the size what i did bough they told me "we dont have it yet" naturally i asked for my money back since that E- shop stoped all comunication with me.. jesus is Ubisoft really so low and unprofessional? This company is starting take all my ilusions away day after day...
Btw WHATS PURPOSE OF THIS UBISOFT SUPPORT WEBSITE IF IT DOESNT SERVES FOR NOTHING?

I am not fan of consiparcy theories at all but here is really something doesnt smell right... Even poor UbiKobold did disapear in similar misterious way as some wictim of Bermudian triangle after talking to us... Or did take templar order control over Ubisoft already too? ....
So new patch is out and i did realize like "amazing" 3 - 4 FPS boost and maybe 1-2 % better cpu utilization (not sure if i got 3 - 4 fps extra thanks to update or thanks to my antivirus was off in that time CPU utilization still sucks and not sure about gpu utilization was improved somehow still arround 55% - 60%) and i think its time to stop make jokes from us and give us back at least the next 20 FPS for now from missing 30 after patch 1.1.0 at least... And GIVE US THE PERFORMANCE BACK AT HOTFIX JESUS nobody wants wait next month for next [censored] update anymore........
Its not necessary this thread is already like mountain between all threads here if you look on views , likes and posts in relatively short time... there are threads what were not serious issues like this one and had not even half of views and posts or likes as this one and were somehow solved... I guess the problem is deeper and ubisoft for uknown reason doesnt want accept the mountain is here...
You know i can understand if for example game dev. team is separated from support team of this website and they respond them late so support team dont answer to us because dont have any information for us...but that doesnt excuse the fact that this thread wasnt added still even between Megathreads and what more wasnt even added between KNOWN ISSUES adressed with 1.1.0 as u can see bellow in link the known issues were updated 18. december and in that time already the this thread and issue was the most serious and biggest adressed with 1.1.0 known issues.... and they decided avoid it and dont add it between known issue adrressed with 1.1.0
That is fault of support team and that should be their work promote this thread as much as they can to help us be more visible to dev team... thats so simple how they cant see that?

Man we are waiting for fix since december, the game playability and performance before patch 1.1.0 was fine then came the new patch and fps went drasticaly down especially in towns and locations with more npcs probably caused by GPU or CPU low utilisation... I check this thread since it was created after that broken patch hoping there will be some usefull news but after 5 months zero progress, and we sended everything ubi support was asking for.... i am exhosted to responding always with same words but you should really prove that you are not useless and bring some progress already in this issue... For now just very sad having game what was working more than 100 hours perfectly and then after patch (where was written that should improve performance btw) works like [censored] ... i was shocked...
i think the truth is that they dont care about fixing something of "old game content or gameplay" they just watch into the future to release all DLCs and as many helix items as possible... after they release both DLCs they just let the game die seeking on new assassins creed game... as they always do... guys this crime what these scammers committed on us we can only punish by telling the truth about this company to as many people as we can... there is actually nothing in our power what we can do about that... I dont want play piracy version of this game but they dont give us choice because before 1.1.0 the game worked perfectly..

Took my money, did let me play 100 hours of awesome experience then messed up all performance and any response to that already 4 months? i think best idea is instead of collecting Msinfo and Dxdiag and all kind of tickets suggest to developers team to reproduce similar pc as we have (the people with issue of fps drop after 1.1.0) with same components for example what @peterlaub is using and then install both version of AC VAlhalla on them like before patch 1.1.0 and after patch (i believe they are capable to install it in older version to investigate where exactly is the issue right? And the pc with some older intel cpu and gpu like 1060 or 1070 gtx shouldnt be problem buy for them too ... )
And if you are in contact with them please make some pressure on them with this issue because its much more important repair this than other bugs or releasing new content ... Because for what it servers without basic content playability...
Well i dont care at all if its caused by gpu or cpu utilisation issue i just know patch 1.1.0 did destroy the performance of the game and our dear weasels still dint fix it. If they are not capable to give us fix they should give us at least roll back patch choice... ebcause honestly the patch 1.1.0 didnt bring nothing new at all if it wasnt written in game menu i wouldnt even realize that holly shi.t but what i realized was the game playablity destroying..
And considering how long it takes them to fix i think we will get cracked version in good working patches before that lol...
Jesus Christ so after two months and two additional contents we still didnt get fuking fix to the game playability problem. What a bunch of weasels ubisoft is... I agree too that is the most likely low cpu utilisitaion issue caused by low gpu utilization .... bcs before 1.1.0 i dont remember exactly the cpu utilization but remember my gpu was always arround 90% now i am 80% outside and 40 %- 60 %at cities...
The river ride location seems to be a bit more playable but what the [censored] fix the basic game content already IDIOTS
I did reopen my ticket like for the 4 times too .... but its really weird they give always the same answer that they do whatever they can and the issue is under investigating.... the lack of action from Ubisoft about performance issue is very suspicious and if they know about this issue the only one explanation why they still didnt fix it is as you say... They did release the game nicely playable for most of us actually for some reason - They probably wanted to sold the game from start to as many customers as posible even with older CPUS and GPUS... amd after some time they did release patch what crippled the performance what nobody of us cant understand because that never happend and i dont even get how something like that can be possible at company so big... The only reason would be give to people ilusion that their hardware is way to old... and they did it after longer time because we already bought DLCS too...
15 . february should be out the biggest patch if it will be not fixed there i think will be never
