For a few days I have almost no traffic in the game and seemingly less npc's, the highways are all empty in map mode, so are the cities too. After a while of driving around,traffic cars appear around me, but if I fast travel to a new area there is no traffic again.I also see no other players, although occaisionally I do get a chase request appearing in the top right corner of the screen, someone else must be playing too, I presume.I also notice a lot less police around.

Yesterday the Crew worked fine, today there seems to be a server error.All missions and challenges have a yellow/red warning sign, none of them work.The game has become unplayable.At game start up there is a warning to say that there is a server issue.

This only happens on the map screen, this problem has been happening for over a year.I did report this last year I performed a clean install of my video drivers back then and the flickering persisted. It only happens when white clouds cover the view to the land, areas without the clouds don't flicker.I literally have to look away from my screen when in map mode, especially on start up, the flickering makes me feel sick.

The screen flickering on map view has become very intense, I can barely look while the game is starting.I only get this if white clouds are covering the land, the flickering is real bad on start up.I did report this last year but I never got around to posting my computer details and specs.

A Video Showing The Problem

The game seems to be working again today all the red and orange warning icons on the map are now gone.But there are still problems, on start up loading takes longer to get the player data, then a warning that the server is unavailable shows, but after quiting, the continue screen shows and the game then starts normal after clicking on continue.

The situation with the Crew today is even worse for me with a new error code during start up, #0-26.Yesterday I could at least drive around the map, but now the game will not start past the continue option.After the warning about the server the game spends ages trying to connect, then it notifies me,,,,The crew services are unavailable.
