I purchased the new Hel's Damnation pack on Dec 9th with 2000 helix credits I bought for $20US.
What I received was Superior level gear that cannot be enhanced to flawless or mythical.
This gearset when purchased from the store is supposed be fully upgraded and of mythical quality.
In the ticket I opened, the agent asked if I were traveling or in Vinland at the time of purchase. And indeed, I was finishing up Vinland at the time when I remembered to buy the set.
Obviously I didn't receive the set until I made it back to England when it was added to my inventory. I tried enhancing it at the blacksmith to no avail. There's no option to enhance it, it's not a question of materials needed.
I opened the following case about this issue with no satisfactory resolution as of yet. It's quite upsetting to me as a customer. That's $20 right out the window.
I don't understand why support cannot just delete the items from my account and refund the Helix credits so I can either buy the set again while in England or pick something else up. Or better yet, just give me the right items altogether.
